i can’t explain how it felt when skrillex dropped summit live. 

i just fucking lost it and started crying

that song means so much to me.

it was beyond crazy, i had all these emotions going through me,

i was so fucking happy, i’ve never felt that happy in my entire life,

but i was crying so hard. i was singing summit and crying, and in that moment, i felt pure bliss.

just being in the front row, watching sonny, feeling the bass of summit through my body, i closed my eyes and just felt it. 

some things you can just feel.

you just fucking feel it so deeply.

you feel it caress your soul and envelop your entire being. its the most crazy feeling and probably one of the best things that has ever happened to me.

i was just standing there with every possible emotion and thought running through me and i was just like, wow. thats my fucking idol standing right there in the same room as me. thats skrillex. that’s the guy that changed my fucking life, and this music is my passion.

there are no words to properly describe it, and i wish there was because i’m trying so hard to explain it but i can’t. i wish i could tell you guys all about the show but words just don’t do it justice.

Skrillex to Roll Through Canada Again With 2013 Full Flex Express Tour

Skrillex will hit the rails again next summer when he brings back his Full Flex Express train tour for five dates throughout Canada. The tour begins July 12th in Montreal, then swings through Toronto, Winnipeg and Calgary before wrapping up in Vancouver on July 21st.

The dubstep star inaugurated the Full Flex tour this past summer alongside some of EDM’s biggest names, including Diplo, Pretty Lights, KOAN Sound, Grimes, Tokimonsta and Hundred Waters. Venues and supporting acts for next year’s bashes will be coming in January, but tickets will be available through the Full Flex Express website starting this Friday and will cost just $49.95 until Christmas. 

Not that Skrillex won’t be keeping busy until next summer’s dates: After curating the With Your Friends Festival with Pretty Lights in Nashville October 26th and 27th, he’s heading to Mexico in December for four shows from the 18th to the 22nd, including a massive End of the World gig at an ancient temple December 21st to celebrate the end of the Mayan calendar and the (alleged) impending apocalypse.

my first 3D cuff! this one has a big story behind it. the letters say ‘peak, peak.’ its from the song ‘summit’ by @skrillex. this song is very close to my heart and it means a lot to me. it’s a very personal song to me, as far as meaning and memories. i just couldn’t explain. but i made this cuff to represent the meaning of the song for me and the inspiration skrillex gives me. i’m pretty happy with the way it turned out, though it’s not perfect. #skrillex #kandi #kandicuff #cuff #summit #inspiration .
